IH-666-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Slim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but whatever.
I purchased a pair of 666-XHS a few years ago, and have worn them almost everyday with my Alpine Star Super Victories https://metroracing.com/products_item.php?p=1211
Anyways, I ordered them in a size 31 waist. Sizing chart says in reality it's a size 32, and description says it'll stretch an inch with wear.
However, I am considering ordering another pair of jeans, and I measured the waist of my 666's last night (yes, according to the Iron Heart way), and they've stretched to 35 inches! No wonder they're too loose for me now, I thought I was getting slimmer.
Anyways, is this normal? I have never washed nor soaked them, nor do I want to. My thighs are already getting too big for them (main reason I'm in the market for another pair of jeans). Should I take this stretching of three inches into consideration when purchasing, say, the 634-XHS?
Also, will a lighter fabric (18oz or something) stretch more? or possibly less?

If you bought them from us, did we actually measure the pair that you were sent? It mat have been before we started doing that as normal part of our routine.
Whatever, I think 3 inches is the most I have ever heard of on any of our jeans, and frankly find it incredible.
I'd have thought 2" was about the most you'd get form any of our non-raw indigo jeans.

I feel 2" is at the end of the range for normal wear and tear stretch…...I wouldn't want to go through the effort or discomfort, and I'm an impatient dude to wait that long for a pair of jeans to fit. I routinely buy them small and stretch them to fit...using a clamp and hydraulic jack to routinely get 3" of stretch....and yes occasionally bad shit happens. I like the fit on smaller sizes.

I bought these back in 2014… Been wearing them on and off since then! 6-7 washes I believe. Not too crazy.. but terribly comfortable

What can I say, I'm a sucker for the slow non washed fade, it just looks so cool… If I don't wear gear to work it doesn't get washed....I am a real slow fader with non work wear

Mine only see wear 5mons of the year and only a few hours a day during the week. Cant wear em to work (well i could but they would get covered in grease and prob burnt lol). They get put on after work for a couple hours and worn on days off for longer. Had them for about 3yrs and been washed 5-6 times i think
