In this mild London winter I've worn my black IH-08 almost exclusively and haven't needed my peacoat or N3B. The wind-proofing is first rate and it's great in the wet too. The slimmed down fit looks better than some of the looser M65s I've seen around. I couldn't recommend this more highly (especially at the summer sale price!).

I've been wearing my black -08 walking around London (first time visit) these couple of days and this jacket is perfect!
I use all the pockets to carry my beanie, passport, wallet, tube tickets, etc. while providing warmth and wind protection.
Tomorrow, my 08 is my date to Paris, France.(EDIT - Now at top of Eiffel Tower, Paris)

I'm back in my IHM-08 and still think it's one of the best IH products ever made. So practical, usuful and developping a very nice Patina from wear. Would love to see some updates from the guys that own one, will try to take some Pictures myself the next days.

Just busted mine out again too. Great jacket that i didnt even know i wanted until a buddy hooked me up. Now its one of my fave IH pieces

This one is something I have also wanted, but the sizing just didnt work on me. Great jacket! Especially the olive.
Hoping it will be redone in the future with slightly different sizing…..

Same here, I couldn't get the sizing to work. If they're ever made again in olive and I could fit it, I'd be all over the moon.

After two years and three washes the shine of the fabric is gone.

Looks great without the sheen aswell Max. How did you wash it and did it shrink at all? Mine is do for a wash

I think 40 degrees without much rotation. I got a barely worn black one in the same size and it feels a good amonut bigger. But i think its mainly because its stiffer and hasnt settled yet. The measurements shouldnt change much.
