IHSH-64 - Extra Heavy Jersey Western Sweat Shirt

That's a great price for a truly excellent shirt. My black 64 is the first IH shirt I bought new and remains one of my all-time favorites.

Hefted the blue bag and thought… No way there aren't two large jackets in here by the weight/size of the package. But alas it was the shirt as ordered in all it's glory.

This shirt is awe inspiringly heavy. Everyone who has seen it thus far has apparently had their mind blown by the sheer feat of craftsmanship and crazy insane super duper heavy madness! It feels like a towel on the inside with a subtle rustic softness very like IH 7.5oz t-shirts and is very dense. It is inviting and friendly to wear. It felt a little bigger than expected because of the way it drapes and had a slight chemical dye smell out of the bag. (I have a very sensitive nose.) So, it went straight in the washing machine on hot.
Water turned blue:

Out of the wash the shirt is better than when it went in and absolutely perfect in every way. Will elaborate on that with more pictures once it's light out.

@4c the colour of the blue is lovely. Always kinda dismissed the blue and grey in this shirt for some reason. I love my black 64 it's such a comfy shirt to wear.

Sewn through 4 layers of this fabric for the yoke. No idea how the machines could handle it.  ???

Love this seem wrapping detail for the arm hole:

Stitching, fabric, snaps = perfect

These snaps are the best.

Really like the tonal 100% cotton stitching
