@adam313:
Wish I could find some of the 2015 Utopias, sounds brilliant:
My regular trading partner offered me some, but I didn't feel like having to ship him two million bottles of Cantillon in return…
I'll keep an eye out. I'm going to a pretty good tasting/trading event next weekend and Sam Adams will actually be there.

Tonight's lineup, shared with mom in law
Treehouse Alter Ego - almost perfect
Wormtown Be Hoppy - too bitter from front to back not well rounded
Big Elm Transformer IPL - their first try, just ok, doesn't hold a candle to Jacks Abbey in this category, which brings me to this..
Jacks Abbey Hoponius Union IPL. Very crisp very solid. No coffee table because kids so I improvised. -
My holiday is off to a BRILLIANT start… Best aged beer I've ever drank... One of the best beers I've ever drank, period... I was scared it'd be past its point, being a 2008 bottle... Fuck me running - it sure as fuck wasn't... Slowly gushing foam when opened, poured a beautiful chestnut with a bit of cognac coloured ale that prominently had port in the nose...
The balance... The balance... Dear gods the balance... I'm pretty sure this was at its absolute PEAK...

How do I get that…or something close.

Cheers. I'll be asking promptly. I'm in Massachusetts btw.

Great spread! Only one I've had is the Southern Tier.
-
Good. I have never had a bad Southern Tier. It's readily available at a reasonable price around me. They do IPA'S and double IPA'S very very well. That one you can drink a few of, some of their other stuff is pretty chewy.

This is clean, crisp, and delicious.
