Maybe I'm off base here but if something is being copied, poorly or not, it means that it is well known within a community.  If it is well known I think it is safe to assume that people within that community have most likely seen, either in person or via the internet, a real version(s) of the product.  If this is correct then how can someone look at these pictures and think they are getting a legit Iron Heart product?  It is one thing to have a very good fake, but these are awful.  The fact that people are tricked by these is mind boggling to me.

Some parts of SE Asian culture are very status based, for those who can't afford the real thing these fakes give the illusion of status. There must be a market or they wouldn't be produced.

Trust me, when I had a little campaign against these assholes last year the argument I constantly got from their punters in that they love Iron Heart/ Samurai/ Momotaro but cannot afford the price, whether they are obviously fake does not enter into their thinking..
