Seems like the thighs keep getting narrower with each new release. I definitely can't squeeze into the 666 cut without sizing up two from where my waist should be.

No fabric peeking through the rivet (e.g. 666S-19L).

Rivets are always hammered through the fabric. That's how they hold the two pieces together and/or reinforce the seams. Sometimes when setting a rivet, it will draw a little bit of fabric through the hole. I'm sure lots of individual pairs of all fabrics have a little fuzz in the rivets.

These seem great. Do the not have the lined rear pockets and reinforcing tape as with the 666s?

No.  Almost, but the weft is a lot yellower on the IH version of the denim….

Can someone give me intell. and information on these?  I'm considering a 33" size though the 34" might be closer to my liking.  Thirty four is sold out.
I should be able to stretch these to somewhere around 35."

It's all going to depend on the thigh measurement. You might get close to two inches of stretch in the waist after an uncomfortable fight, but in my experience thighs will never stretch more than a half inch, and are what makes a jean wearable so you can move. Top block of the 666 isn't doable for me, because of this.
