    I know that feel. But honestly. Great cut. And the 21oz denim is brilliant. I have the IHxB01od that has the OD 21oz. But there is something to be said about the regular flagship indigo 21 oz. I can't wait to put years of wear into this. I'm not sure how long SE and IH will collaborate on this, but don't sleep on it.

      Second week in these, still unhemmed, thinking about getting rid of a couple of inches, but I'm fairly happy with the current cuffs.

      Also trying to break in the Viberg service boots which happen to be my first pair of boots period (used to wear sneakers all the time), and god it's painful. My inner side of the heels has been rubbed and pressed constantly due to the stiffness especially when I'm wearing thinner socks. I know it's irrelevant, but does anyone has any tricks to make the break-in process less painful? Thanks.

          @CatKillah impressive sneakers Collection congrats.

          Both Jeans and Boots are very nice, welcome to the forum :). I would suggest you lace em good and wear good (thicker) socks, assuming you have some usual room in the toebox, while rocking the vibergs hard 🙂 good luck

          Cheers,
          David

              If boots hurt that much, they either don't fit, or the last isn't appropriate for your foot shape, or both. Now that you own the boots though, the best thing you can do is put on some thick socks (or two pairs of thin ones) and go for a very long hike. Motrin! @CatKillah:

                            Hey guys. Haven't owned a pair of IH for a while. Last one I owned were 634'S. I'm receiving these guys in the mail tomorrow. Do they need a pre-soak?

                                Does anyone do snow soaks? We got our first major dump of the winter. Almost 2 whole feet (24"). So. The guys were wet and in need of a soak. So I went all the way and dumped them in.

                                Will post more when dry. Hopefully this will shrink the waist a tad.

                                  Prob going to need some agitation and real immersion to get that waist to shrink. They'll probably feel stiff again but I doubt they'll shrink much.

                                    Need to add photos of my 633s one year in!  The denim is beautiful and the cut is great.  I think that I still favor the 634 cut slightly, but that's because I always prefer straight legs, and think that the 634 is one of the best jean cuts anywhere ever.  If you have reasons to prefer a taper, the 633s is the best cut going…In just over a year of having that cut at SEPDX, my mind was blown by how many people it's been the hands down best cut they've ever tried on.

                                      It would be my "next to purchase" jeans if it weren't for the weak Cdn dollar.

                                        Here are some iPhone snaps of the jeans. The show promising fades. But they'll need time to get there. The snow didn't really shrink anything up. But the snow and the wetness did stiffen them up and bring out a little more color. Really enjoying this pair.

                                          I can see where people that hem to 34" or less would actually prefer this cut to the 634 since it will essentially turn into the "unhemmed" version of the 634 "taper-wise."

                                          I had Kiya measure me some in my size, and when hemmed to 32", the Leg Opening would have been essentially the same as the Factory leg opening on my size in the same denim 634 model with a 35" inseam.

                                          Tyler, had you seen anyone successfully size down in these and like the cut? Or did it look like when people size down in the FH 3012?
