I have the samples of the leather with me (thanks @Aetas ).  I am on my way to Japan with them at the moment.  I will discuss what we make out of them and who we use to make them early next week…

A note of caution…...Haraki is reeling from the cost of the deerskin, this endeavour may prove just too expensive to pursue.  I'll know soon.
