What's your favorite Beer?

Been fully immersed in American sours as of late, but have yet to really get into any Belgian and Euro stuff. Got any recommendations on Belgian sours/lambics/guezes/etc I should check out Seul?
Starting to get into sour brewing and some more "research" is in order…
Seul dropped a load of knowledge on me in the spring/summer. I've had loads of fun tasting/necking all sorts as a result. My advice, try everything. But in the end, Gueze Tilquin is the dogs bollocks, if you can get hold of it.

This one:
I know this is like the 3rd time this summer I've posted this beer, but fekk it.
Summer's raised it's sexy head for one last hurrah. It's 25 C and I'm 150km north of the arctic circle. Kids and wife are out and I have Gueze Tilquin. Shoot me now, because it will probably never get better this. Cheers guys, and thank you Belgium (and Seul).

The one thing that I can count on every time I pull up the IH Forum is that @Seul has made a new post, or two, in the beer forum. Do you keep track of this laundry list anywhere outside this forum? You could have quite a blog going by now.

I copy/ paste the same post to a number of fora… Some local, some mixed...
SVARTEKUNST... Cheap, €uropean, weird, flat, intruiging, bit one dimensional, but I freakin loved it...
Btw, FEDIRESP stands for: " Foreign Extra Double Imperial Russian Export Stout Porter. "
