I'd ask him when he got 'm in, and buy 'm anyway… It's pretty strong beer (12%) that can take a fair beating...

It doesn't come cheap here, so I had passed them up out of fear. However, given your knowledge I will snag a couple next time.

So to add to the Scotty Karate and 4 elf currently occupying my refrigerator, I procured some DFH 90 minute (which I actually haven't had yet gasp) and some New Holland Night Tripper Stout. The latter goes quickly around here, so this is my first chance at some bottles. Though I had it on draft before and know it's amazing

Everything I've had by Amager from Denmark has been good. This was pretty great.

It's probably best as a summer evening beer, but to be honest it's boozy enough and sophisticated enough to be drunk whenever. Expensive though.

Seul dropped a load of knowledge on me in the spring/summer. I've had loads of fun tasting/necking all sorts as a result. My advice, try everything. But in the end, Gueze Tilquin is the dogs bollocks, if you can get hold of it.
