      I saw…. 😃

And reacted even quicker than I expected! Thought that it would be too late to ship out today and would ship out tomorrow for a Friday delivery (which was my plan as I'm in Germany and not home until late tomorrow night) but not a problem as I've had it diverted to a local shop and I'll collect it on Friday [emoji3]

I should have just waited and placed the order tomorrow, but I had a twitchy trigger finger and the devil on my shoulder was whispering that they might all disappear if I waited (despite the stock showing 6), so I had no choice really [emoji1]

Which is actually very useful, and something I'll probably use again, since the pick up point is less than 1/2 mile away, and means I don't necessarily have to wait in if its not convenient

Two winners but both very different shirts IMO. The 99 is a true beast and even after a year of wear mine is still stubborn. The weight and OD make for some great color range and a fabric that's almost moleskin like. It is definitely a fall/ winter piece.

                        But I love the OD.

if you buy a 33 first, you WILL cave and end up with a 99 anyway, happened to me….
And I wear my 99 in the summer....just when the sun hss gone down 😉

I think buying the 33 first would keep me appeased, because I could wear it year-round here in Okinawa…  But, the lure of the 17oz shirt-jac/shacket/jhirt(Huh?!?!) is STRONG!

I recently bought a 99, and can echo all of the previous comments - incredible fabric feel, perfect fit (one size up to XXL allows a snug fit with the ability to wear a T underneath) and the oversize copper snaps are so cool [emoji4]
I had a 33 (XL) but despite the fabric being very nice, it never really did it for me, so I sold it, with no regrets.
With the 99, I'm finding myself constantly looking for opportunities to wear it…. it has that 'special' feel

Just initiated another run of these.  Haraki can't guarantee that the inside taped armhole seams will not suffer damage again.  We will not discount next time if it happens.  The only way the finishing house would do another batch, was if we agreed to accept the risk.
