I think a bit of belt, especially buckle is fine, good looking in fact, but too much shirt showing at the back is want I wanted to avoid, so this worked out well.
Just checked out your fit pics for the 02DD and we've come up about the same length-wise. I guess you must be taller than me (at least relative to weight) as it turns out the 02DD is in fact longer than the 02IND/BLK by a good 5cm so I might give that one a miss, which is a shame as it looks great. On the other hand it could be worn with lower rise bottoms… ::)

Very similar fits indeed! The shorter length unfortunately puts the wabbies (and most other IH vests) out of my reach.
Luckily, I could get away with ONE great vest that works (courtesy of Trail and arrow it must be said :D).
The wabby is such a beautiful piece though..! Wear it in good health Sir and do post some pics when you get the time -

@neph93 @Giles @Finkster - Thanks guys. Have been looking for a vest to rock and got turned onto Iron Heart a few weeks ago.. All I gots to say is - Best online clothing purchase EVER! Not to mention incredible customer service.. I mean I was being attended to left and right as if I were standing there in person. Aside from the indigo vest, I got the duck down one too as well as a pair of the indigo wabash painters pants. Thought about sending the latter back to get hemmed but have grown fond of the rolled look so I may hold off on that. Giles and Matt Winch - you dudes have a new fan right here.
Forgot to mention the fit.. Beyond fantastic btw and the overall construction in general = works of ART!
