little mod note about the member tagging feature :

if you guys want to tag a member, please make sure that you choose the member name from the coming up list, by clicking on the name

since otherwise the feature does most of the time not work and the member will not get a notification

you will see that the function is correct, when in your posting the @rocket have changed its color from black and it is a hyperlink to the member profile
