Seeing as baby was not interested in sleeping I was out way too early for a Sunday.

Took it's toll on all of us though

Bought a new bbq so going going to cook me some steaks and then early night!

Today, I did The Sea Horse swim - the course was in open water .  My preparation for the swim was to clean my goggles last night….   I got a bad nights sleep as I was actually super nervous....Anyway, I did it.  The course (as someone who can actually swim in a straight line) is 3.8kms.  I know I am not a particularly fast swimmer, but I was a little surprised that the swim took me 1hr 44mins and I was one of the last to finish.  When I got home I downloaded my GPS data, I actually swam 3.64miles (5.8kms).  I better work on swimming in a straight line......

Got to install the cabinets today. We are waiting on our top for our long low cabinet. So it isn't finished

6 miles today after work Appalachian Trail Walkill River Wildlife Refuge section in New Jersey.

If anyone is interested I am hiking the entire New Jersey section 76 miles Labor Day weekend. I would love the company if anyone wants to join me.
