Did you ever watch the videos I did on how even the partical size was vs other hand grinders? Maybe you could have a look @ that and compare against your partical size distribution. Would be a pretty good way to see if it holds up to it and I'm full of it

So far I can't match the flour like grind of my barazta but for a mobile solution at work and on camping trips it's good enough. Wondering how she would handle coarser grinds.

I did enjoy the bright florality of the cup.

i just bought a new grinder and been looking to get a tamper. any recommendations on where to get from? i mean i've seen alot of cheap ones and ridiculously expensive ones. i guess for now i'll go with something in between and fairly decent in price.

@steelworker I nailed the grind/pour this afternoon and it is without doubt the best coffee I can recall drinking. Previously it was a 2013 panama esmeralda geisha (as a v60), and before that a chemex @ four barrel nov/12, before that a double ristretto, white horse blend, @ Mecca espresso back in 2006. I can distinctly remember the now 4 cups, and will likely remember them for life :).
