Sort of, although the fading also depends on the dyeing method :

That's too bad, it's a beauty of a shirt.
Is there a reason why Haraki san doesn't want to release any denim workshirt in Japan? Do they sell slow here?

He does release some.  IHSH-113, IHSH-98, IHSH-91 etc, but I guess they must not sell for him as well as westerns do.  Though, to be honest, they don't sell as well as westerns for me either…...
