To be honest, I am a fan of Pep. However, his concepts need to change as he is managing a different team with different strengths, weaknesses, and qualities. He cannot impose the style of Barcelona during his tenure on a completely different team.
You can still play a possession-heavy style, but there should be some significant differences than the way Barca played previously.
After all, during Pep's time at Barca, Vicente del Bosque was also the manager of Spain; the interesting thing is Spain and Barcelona, while both possession-obsessed simultaneously, had different methods for obtaining results.

Whuhuuu…..our local soccer club just went from the 2. Bundesliga to the 1. Bundesliga. Just 3 years ago these guys played in the 3. League.
It will be fun to see teams like Bayern München and the Dortmund play in our run down fucked up stadion from the 80s.
