Birthday next Tuesday - going to a huge bierstore, one I haven't visited before.

      http://www.bierhalledeconinck.be/

A Dutch mate visited it on Saturday, and told me the Struise selection was out of this world… Eg they still had 15 cases of Cuvée Delphine...

      15

      cases

      of

      Delphine

My dad's paying for everything as well... I'm gonna ruin the poor man  😞

Oh: and this is cool about Belgium... It's a 40' drive... Geers is 20...

One of my favorite sours! This year's batch is a lot more mild and less in-your-face than Number 4, but still very good.
Reminded me of sour Skittles really, but without the sweet part afterwards.

Interesting sounding.  Makes me glad I grabbed the last two bottles at the grocery store yesterday.

Agreed. One of my favorite white beers.  If you get a chance, you should check out the XH and the Nipponia.  Both are excellent.

I nearly lost my damn mind… This store was honestly HEAVEN for me... Spent 340 € all inc, just look at the size of that receipt!..

I didn't know where to start, so I put on a fresh Triple Works tee and poured me a beer to relax…

First, some light, mainly Belgian beers…

                    Some stronger Belgians…

                    And some bigger Belgians:

                    Some Dutch fuckers!..

                    Denmark and Norway representin!..

New Zealand, Denmark, and the good ole USofA… Jester King glass = I nearly fainted...

Hey, Jester King! Now we can be glassware twins.
Now you need to get your hands on some of the more limited stuff, it's generally a lot more interesting.
Das Wunderkind is probably my favorite standard beer of theirs.

I'm envious that you found Lost Abbey and The Bruery beers.  That's one heck of a haul.

There were more Bruery beers, but I've always wanted to try that'un so… Those LA beers have been on my list for quite some time... So stoked to find them there... I seriously almost pissed myself...

Unbalanced mix of sourness, salt, and peat... Exp date of 03/15 but that has nothing to do with it...
