Throwing 2 cents into the well. Wouldn't mind a rise of 9.5 in a size 32 on this fit. Everything else is pretty great. I can understand the votes for bigger thighs but I like the current measurements; I'd just increase the knee 1/2cm.

Anyway, that IH has an active dialogue with it's customers about its product is one of several things that will keep me coming back. You know what you're doing Giles, cheers!

I am in for the lower rise as well. Wouldn´t mind 1-1,5 inches less in sz.33/34.The other measurements are ok so far. What you think, Giles? Will the tweaked version be available at fnc?

Everyone wants their perfect fit, but it is trying to find that perfect in between for everyone. I think all looks good fit wise, just a little smaller hem. 8-8.25" hem with a 37.5" or so waist=glorious!

So how long till we see a nice unsanforized, or possibly even a loomstate 777?

Will this cut ever come out in the Super black? This is the exact cut ive been looking for from IH. I had the 301 in indigo and missed them in black and have been waiting for something else to come out ever since! Either way these look great.

Wooot? Knowing about IH for a couple of years and finally bought my first pair last year. After having an IH-jeans every other denim becomes suddenly inferior. If you're looking for the best, this can only be IH and that's why we're here.

Thanks @Winchy . I find the top block of the my 666's almost "Boxy" (in a good way) and just wondered if there was any difference in this area between the two, you've answered my question.

Indeed yes, as those are the pre-soak measurements for the 666S.

Very happy with some recent 555-01 and the tweaks you have planned for future runs of these sound great.

I am thinking getting the back rise right is a difficult balancing act, as you don't want a heavily tapered jean with a nappy looking arse. However you don't want them too restricting either. It's got to be in proportion with the thigh measurement right?

I don't think there is really any wrong or right.  Well of course there is at the extremes, but we do strive for balance and function….
