Liverpool look weak all over the pitch to me, they changed too much in the summer and rather than trying to replace Suarez they tried to completely change the entire style of play. Bad move.
And to think it were only 6 months ago they were trying to sell their Premier League winners tees!
Now, where's that big LOL smiley!

Evening, big Barca fan here.
Messi = best footballer in universe.

Plenty of backlash regarding the 'style' of football and gamesmanship in the Chelsea v PSG game last night. It's about time this sort of behaviour was highlighted and ridiculed by the press/pundits etc rather than it being written off as "part of the modern game".

Man City didn't have much of chance either! Considering the money they've spent they looked a long way off the level that Barça were playing at and are carrying some pretty average players.

I like Barca, I've been to the Nou Camp a few times and you really get a sense that it is a proper football club, I'm no Man Utd fan but you get the same feeling at Old Trafford. So many clubs and stadiums these days are sterile money making ventures that when you visit a proper football stadium you cannot help but be impressed.
The reason I fell in love with Newcastle is that when I was a kid and first went to St James Park it really had that feeling of being a real club, a part of the city and the community. Now however it is the absolute epitome of a football company run to make money first and play football second.

Nowadays almost everything is about to make money first and then anything else (if anything else at all).
I remember Newcastle Utd. has a huge amount of French players, how come?
-
Because they're cheap, and so is our owner.
