IHJ-24 - 17oz Indigo Selvedge Denim "First Zip"

I picked one of these up today. Pictures to follow, eventually.
I can't understand why people haven't been going mad for them. They're a really nice jacket, and something a bit different. @Giles has given me care instructions along the lines of abuse it.
But if you want an XXL (they seem to come up a bit big), you're out of luck.

As promised, pictures of my IHJ-24.
It's an XXL, whereas I'm normally XXXL in IH gear. I'd guess it's a size down from the likes of the Lefty Trucker, which I nearly bought instead.
Oh, and the bin liner in the bottom right of the picture is an old blue bag from Gosport. I believe in recycling.

Picked this up in xl for £75 on ebay.
Beautiful jacket. However, I own a number of IH jackets ranging from xl (deck jacket) to xxl (riders jacket) and when it arrived the sizing was too large. Also, as a side note, the jacket smelt absolutely disgusting!
Not to be deterred, I decided to have a crack at trying to get some more shrinkage out of it, so i chucked it in a boiling hot bath for twenty mins. Weighted down with a fog cutter mug that i acquired on a drunken jaunt many years ago.
After scrubbing the resulting indigo and dirt stains off the bath, the jacket still stank, so i chucked it in the wash…...
The fit now is precisely what i wanted! Quite fitted but just enough room to layer. Couldn't be happier. Once again the construction is outstanding and love the cord collar and pocket lining. Beautiful denim! Just need to get a new leather zipper pull for it!

^^ would it be an Option to sell these seperately? I have an old IH Hoodie (02 I think) that came without one. And I'd like a second one for the lower Zipper on my IHM-08.

Fit (and the entire outfit) looks good cuttie. I'm not much for rolling sleeves so much on my outerwear, but I'm not mad @ your personal style.
Great price on an underrated item imho, The cost of getting it so cheap is you had to wash the heck out of it, hahahaha

No but you can always ask us to pop one in your next parcel or (heaven forfend) make your own, they're dead simple….

For some reason it seems that this jacket isn't getting much love… which puzzles me as it's such a lovely jacket! It's my first denim jacket from Iron Heart, it's so well made and comfortable.
With this price redux, if you're on the fence go for it now!!
