@black orchid: The cup is from a store called "Big Bazar" in Amsterdam, cost me only 0.99 EUR.
Next time I'm there I can have a look if the are still sellimg them. I could ship it, if it's worth the costs for you.

NO not really scones are harder to eat they are tuff. Biscuits are softer and easy to eat.
Scones also have nuts and fruit in them and Biscuits do not. you eat biscuits with butter.
Scones with cream cheese and jelly.

To add confusion, is what you are describing the American version of scones, or are scones the same everywhere? I genuinely have no idea, would you say that those are more like sponge cake?

Thay are not like Sponge cake.
Sponge cake is a full size cake. I do not know the name of the pan it is baked in.
But it is a high sided pan with a hole in the middle of it.
