The Bruery is still independent.  I'm still going to look for some White Oak for you when I go visit my brother this summer.

Drinking this from Karbach today, haven't really had much from them but I'm pretty pleased with this!

I can try to get some of that Karbach for you- the brewery's only about two miles from my house.  Their beer is generally pretty easy to find in Houston, although I haven't seen that one yet.  Karbach tries a lot of different things, rather than playing it safe and making the same three styles of beer everyone else does.  I like that about them, even if sometimes the experiments don't work out.

Breweries who experiment a lot always have my attention… If they don't fuck up àll their Frankensteins that is...

I've only had a couple things from Karbach, those being the BBH above and Mother In Lager.
We get some of their beers here in Austin, just haven't done much research on them yet.
I like the fact that they do distribute some cans as well.

This beer used to be cool but it totally sold out.

I had some good luck and procured some of this. These were from an extra case a local vendor received unexpectedly…one ear marked of course

This was super cheap and something different, not bad either!

Very good, was super stoked to come across these. Already regretting not grabbing more when there, but I have some Dragon's Milk Reserve (Raspberry) to pick up this week too. So I sacrificed more of one for another that slipped past

I've had both the Local 1 and 2 from Brooklyn, been awhile but they were pretty good from what I remember.
The one I never wrapped my head around from Brooklyn was the Hand & Seal.
Price tag scares me off every time considering I can find something from another brewery for half the price.
Going to be buying a good bit of beer after work tonight for the Super Bowl, I'll try to post pictures of my local shop!
Hoping to get my hands on Yellow Rose…finally. Everyone I know has been raving about it, as it came out of nowhere: http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/30380/92960/
