I am having a sample made in brass at the moment…..I'm not actually sure brass will be man enough for the job, so this may be an iterative process.....

I see. Knowing how tuff it can be battling IH jeans and buttons, anything short of aircraft grade titanium wont cut it [emoji1] possibly some homegrown Sheffield steel would do it….
