just tried out the IHM-04 I got earlier this year, wore a t-shirt under it- it's about 29F & windy-turned up the collar to cut the wind- feckin wonderful. I'm glad I didn't wear a heavier shirt, it would have been too warm.  A  high quality product.

As a black 04 owner I'm envious of the lined pockets, but much prefer the black fleece on mine.

WOW! Look at that alpaca!!! Alpaca is my favorite fiber ever. Because it's a hollow fiber it's 7-8 times warmer than wool and because it has so view scales it's extremely soft to the touch.
I feel like this gal right about now…

They are correct.  We got a total of 30, that is all.  When I placed the order back in April, we still had quite a lot of IHM-04 left, so the numbers I ordered reflected my then view of how many of the 2014 version we would sell.  I probably should have ordered more, but that is one of the perennial problems of retailing; accurately predicting demand….

Wondering about the sleeve length. I have a Mister Freedom n1 and Mullholand Master and the Sleeves run 23/24 inches. THis jackets dimensions all line up to those jackets but the sleeves are 3 inches longer. Is that because the interior sleeve is shorter? Will these sleeves bunch up or run way too long? any help is appreciated

The storm cuff helps hold the sleeve in position.

I put a small cuff in the sleeves of my 04, works out nicely for me.

Received my IHM-09 from IH UK and and I absolutely love it  It's been cold here lately and with the jacket on I'm left feeling toasty and warm. Anyone who is contemplating buying the IHM-09, I would say go for it as it will be an investment and a sound purchase. Here's a pic of my black medium IHM-09 amongst more IH and other Japanese pieces.

Here's the large on a 6'1" 200 lb frame.  I decided to Otter Wax mine.  Used most of a 5 oz bar and need to order a second bar to finish.  Wax needs to set/wear in but I'm pleased.
