God damnit why do I click Chris' links?

I find myself quoting Mallrats frequently as it's full of fantastic lines. I tried to watch it somewhat recently to see if it holds up and sadly, it's a terrible movie now that I'm well into my thirties. When I was a teenager or in my early twenties, the film was edgy and witty. Now, not so much.

Too early on a Monday for that. Staring at my coffee and glad that only female baristas work my favorite coffee shack.

This cartoon from xkcd reminds me of the advice that @Giles was given by his first boss…
I actually went along to a book signing by Randall Munroe for his new book last week. It includes such useful things such as how much energy is needed to illuminate the moon with lasers, and how many AKs would be needed to lift someone off the ground with their recoil.

EBay just sent me an email with the subject line "Just for you: True Religion denim!"
I don't think ebay knows me as well as they think they know me.

I get 2 - 3 a week featuring either Timberland or Red Wings…. I have considered complaining (first world problem).

Yeah none of his movies stand the test of age. Late teens early 20's stoner classics, but drift as we age. I still quote it a bit as a bit of a head nod to the days go by, but do not watch. Even Chasing Amy doesn't last

That's why Clerks is his best- it was never much of a movie, just a bunch of funny lines strung together for 90 minutes. You recognized the lack of plot and terrible acting right off the bat, so years later, you just think, "Yep, it's not a great movie. Still funny, though."

I couldn't me happier with the McLain. Pics to come, but I love the design, fit, materials, and construction. Thanks so much G!!
