My one (big) complaint is that the pull loops both broke, so I had to cut them off.  It (to me) is an indication that the leather is not up to par….

I had exactly the same issue, pull loops broke within an hour of ownership, they went straight back for a refund!

I does not stop me wearing them, but for a £250 boot, it's really not good enough….
