Of course….What the Japanese site says, bears feck all resemblance to what is actually going to happen, certainly in what size range is being made and usually what the measurements are....

How Warming is that IHSH-105? Can you wear it inside?

It'll be warm.  But it depends what the temperature is inside to answer whether it can be worn inside…
