What's the general rule of thumb with sizing on any of the lined shirts? Size up or true?

I usually go up one for both UHF and lined shirts, but I guess we'll only know for sure when they put up measurements @IHUK

Black/grey would have been an easy cop for me but my circumstances mean only one winter purchase which was the UHF. First world problems [emoji22]

Of course….What the Japanese site says, bears feck all resemblance to what is actually going to happen, certainly in what size range is being made and usually what the measurements are....
