"Hey guys, I’d like to go ahead and address your Yelp review concerns. Since opening last October with team of less than 15 employees, Lawless has custom-made and delivered over 700 pairs of jeans by putting in long hours and working six to seven days a week. To accommodate the high product demand generated by mostly by referrals and word-of-mouth, our in-store manufacturing has since relocated to a larger facility but is still based in Phoenix. Out of the 11 reviews that we have received on Yelp, four of those have been negative. We take our negative feedback very seriously and try very diligently to make each situation right. That being said, even after giving a full refund and allowing them to keep their product, for some individuals that still isn’t enough. We also take the time to reach out to each of these individuals personally, unfortunately one of these we have failed to reach out to are unable to locate them in our database which makes us question the validity. Any time a customer notifies us of a concern we immediately address the problem and we send them out another pair of jeans as it can be difficult to address a concern when we are not made aware of it to begin with. We are completely committed to or customers.

I actually had conversations with Roman about this & told him to not allow people to just make anything they want as it can be bad for the image. I agree its atrocious

Mr @Dirty Denim hi there. The reason you got a notification is that we now have a facility to place an @ in front of the user name and het feckin presto, you get told you have been mentioned. The notifications can be turned off.

Oh no no need to turn off. I just havent received any previous notifications like the private messages I had in my box. The tag was the 1st notification I received in a long time other than the releases. I am glad I did I was just talking about you the other day reminiscing
