Wait, I was looking for this thread. Why isn't it in footwear?

Those are my favorite in that style I've seen. Kind of regret not grabbing some.

I could never pull off those boots, but they look damn good all the same. I bet they'll look brilliant with some heavy wear on them.

Beautiful!

We'll have these at SENY, SELA, and SEPDX in a week or so..
@Chiba:
Thanks guys. Really happy with these. Looking forward to putting some miles on them.
MCL, I'm pretty sure John has more, if you're still interested…...
The only sizes left in Japan are 8 and 12.

The original post said "I'm pretty sure John has more", to which i was responding about John's/Speedway's stock.

but your answer said "The only sizes left in JAPAN are 8 and 12"
(while I am being a smartass right now anyways, I thought I could continue being one)

vibram 700 half sole… they have a pic here...

That's what I was afraid of. IMO a lug sole makes more sense with a logger boot. I like that sole on the engineer but wish he'd gone a different route here.

Being a curious fellow, i just googled donkey puncher, and what came up on page 1 was "donkey punch". OMG. Is that what he was thinking when he named these?!?! I thought it might be a cowboy or gold miner or lumberjack or something…
OK after reading down further: "A donkey puncher is the operator of a small steam donkey, a machine used in logging in the 19th and 20th centuries." - wikipedia
