On a Boss it is called a Boss Toe.  On a Jobmaster it is called the Jobmaster Toe.  Effectively the same thing….

I am changing the colour to more of a khaki.  I know that the bright green above will tone down with wear, but I am convinced trying to sell them in that colour will throttle sales.  What is your size?  We may be lucky, these may work for you…..

No, at me  I thought I was well-informed about such things.  Do you plan to sell online, through your retail partners, or both?  You are doing some great stuff - really enjoyed flipping through this last night… I've been eyeing wescos for awhile but have resisted pulling the trigger so far.
