It is/was, but as per norm, we made the fabric especially, so we would have to make a lot of fabric and thus a lot of shirts to reach the minimum requirements for fabric production.  Sometimes when something sells "too" well we just have to bite the bullet, shrug our shoulders, cuss a bit and move on…...
