Currently I am issuing missions so I cannot play.

Later I will ask @Giles and others to take turns at issuing missions also.

If you issue the mission and pick the spy, you can't play.

Ooh, that spy better be ready to run from Snowy!  In all seriousness, though–that's a pretty good loophole to exploit.  One could just guess each of the players until they hit the right one, and then all they would have to do is try and scrutinize his/her posts for a pattern to suss out the mission.
