Thanks–yes, these are SG3105s.

I haven't gotten them caught on anything yet. They jangle when I'm riding the bike, which I like since I ride on commuter trails and pass people a lot. Hard not to hear me coming unless you're one of those idiots with earphones on while riding a bike on a commuter trail or road. Generally, the bag is on my back so the keys aren't terribly exposed.

Re: keys, yeah, I dunno know how I manage, but if the keys on my carabiner slip out of my back pocket when they're on my belt loop, invariably I will like pick up a chair when I stand up from it. Go figure.

Ahh, gotcha–that makes a lot of sense. In my case they are up higher and I'm generally not sitting while I wear the bag.
