Being a Newcastle fan I have an interest in how Yohan Cabaye performs as he was great for us. I didn't really begrudge him his big move to PSG, but I thought he should have moved to Spain or Germany instead for a higher standard of football, he was so good for us and I wonder how good he could have been for a really top side….now he'll be stuck in a league with not much real competition, but playing for a massive club nevertheless.

it is too bad, i would have really liked to see him come to arsenal , but can understand why padrew blocked it. its been great to see newcastle back in the mix (despite the blip two seasons ago) they are the only team ive ever really been bothered to see relegated.

Well, after rioting, that horrible opening ceremony and being 1 - 0 down after 11 minutes it really could not have started much worse for Brazil.

That penalty was absolutely pathetic in the Brazil-Croatia match. Also, Croatia's goalie sucks.
