I hope that you're over the chemo grottiness from your last round Paula, and are now recovering.

I saw this in London yesterday, and thought it was amusing.

P blend/grind Linseeds and sprinkle in your porridge it has C-hunting enzymes.  The heat of the oats (large Irish) releases the oils in the flax and they go on the hunt.  Wonder stuff.  Truly.
