Yesterday was the first nice day of spring. 16 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Feels so good after a long winter.

I bet that would be good as a brat marinade or in a cajun style beer batter. (The dragons milk on the last page)

If you see it again I'd put my recommendation behind it seul.  I think it was around $20 in Canada. I'd imagine it'd be a pricey one after getting it to Belgium.  They had a couple bottles from the bruery verging on $60. I know I'd love them, but it's out of my range

Damn, $60?  That's steep.  The Bruery puts out some great stuff, but I don't think I could convince myself to pay that kind of cash for a bottle.

Yeah they had White Oak here last summer, but I didn't know anything about it then and didn't even check the price…  😠

Drinking said Whitey on Sunday with my dad...  Thanks Chris 😃

I still have the Reserva XXX, but I had the Stille Nacht and the other (sadly, the name escapes me).  The Stille Nacht was very smooth, I liked it a lot.  The other was fantastic.  Super sour and funky.  Oddly, it sort of tasted of green olives, which is cool, because I love green olives.
