I have. And the point I was (not very effectively) trying to make, is that you have had 2 beers and you start posting fit pics.

Drink beer more often because we like the pics.

Point taken - I have been absent from this (and every other) thread for too long.  Real life has intervened somewhat.  What hasn't been absent is the beer consumption
