Dogfish head theobroma courtesy of jd and the accompanying meal of tomatillo roasted pulled pork enchiladas, topped with mole sauce and served with a citrusy black bean and corn salad with cilantro and avocado.  A really tasty and interesting beer, and the perfect type of food to go with it.
