We have very few rules around here, of which the primary one is to be polite. I think we'll lock this thread for a bit until people can remember how to do that.
And as an additional reminder from the Member Guidelines:
"The Moderator is always right (sorry, that’s just the way it has to be)… If a member publically criticises a Mod decision or tries to undermine a Moderators authority, they’re likely to be banned immediately."

That is a bad pyramid. Extremely carb heavy. Trim off the bottom food level and arguably the legumes and you have something
Also saying "vegetable oils" are good for you confirms that this is a bad pyramid.

Ok then, let's assume this isn't a bad pyramid. No more cheese for you, and only MODERATE consumption of beer.
Check mate!

“Bad, bad, bad….” ???
Lets have some cultural tolerance hear, that’s the traditional Asian diet.
You know Japan is part of Asia.I mean these people make our jeans; let’s not call their diet bad.

Sorry, no judgment, but it's not a good pyramid and I'm not one to mince words.
If you look at what Okinawans used to eat and what their life expectancy was then, versus the genetically identical, but more carb-heavy Japanese, you can see at least circumstantial evidence that all that rice and noodles might not be so good for you. And then if you look at what's happened to Okinawan life expectancy since the infiltration of western foods and more carbs, again, a food pyramid like this starts to look suspect.
