Yeh, that is pretty much flawless evolution of denim right there.

            Thanks guys.

I wear and take care of the jeans but I give Mega some credit too, I was on the fence about how often to soak and was going to go with every 4-6 weeks but he was the one that helped me realize that denim needs to see water a lot more often.  Mega's MBBs have a great color to them because they see water fairly often.

I only did one soak in the last month due to being busy and lazy but even that one soak I could see another color shift.

@bagley920 - I skydive and live a very active life.

Love how google translate translates one of the comments "Extremely inspiring, I am there with a smile full bloom!".

I am loving these with smile full bloom too! 🙂

(if anyone is itching for specific pictures of somewhere on the jeans lemme know and I'll get around to it)

(and everyone should skydive at least once~)

I've only had two issues, and both are pretty minor in my opinion.

First one was a crotch repair, I noticed the stitching was pulling and undoing itself so I grabbed a needle and thread and put some reinforcements in, after looking at it again taking these pictures I should probably add a few more.  I probably added the stitching at the 5-6 month mark.

The other "issue" is a small hole developing because of my narrow stride, it's not uncommon for me to hear the swish of my pants when I walk, if make it so there is no "swish" it hurts my hips to walk that wide.  I'm trying to thing of how to "fix" the hole and I think I'm going to put a very small amount of super glue on the area to "harden" it up to hopefully prolong the hole that is coming.

Most of the actual "wear" is on the seams or where stuff is folded over, the back pockets are the best example.

Thank you man. I bang on about subtle beauty in denim a lot over on SuFu, and I think folks over there know that I'm not a huge fan of some of the EXTREME fades that get most of the applause, but yours are heavily faded whilst still looking extremely natural and maintaining lots of subtlety.

I kid you not when I say that (at this stage) I think yours are my favourite pair of faded jeans I have ever seen.

NEVER TAKE IT!! a 100km road of rough. but thank god we did, when you start traveling the outback you keep seeing the same people at different stops, camps and sights. we had been seeing this one guy for close to a week, when we came around a corner we saw him sitting under a tree with a few bags and some belonging. “where’s your car” he had a 4x4 mitsubishi. “over there” it was a now burnt out wreak. He came around the corner and slid out, rolled and it caught fire. He had been there for over 2 hours and only seen 2 cars both going the other way, there was no phone signal for over 200km either way.

I will keep it there for now, sorry for being so long. We are now in Darwin and i dont think my jeans will get much wear, so hot and sweaty!
