It effectively does have a handbrake.  When you throttle back hard, the boat comes off the plane and almost stops dead…

Probably USA and a small mill in Kojima.  It will be the third mill we have used to weave this canvas as the factories keep going out of business in the face of the Chinese threat.  It is a really serious issue, many many mills and house factories can't survive as more and more demand is met by China….
