Soaked mine again last night. Pretty dry now. Looks like it shrank a bit more. i'm just having a hard time buttoning it up so i can measure it again, Lol

But anyways here are measurements from first soak

Finally got them all buttoned up, wohoo! Was stiff as heck.

Here's post soak #2, looks like it shrank a bit more.

Second soak and I think the fit is as good as it gets.  The buttons still own me.  Fingers are sore and look like I've been squashing smurfs for fun.

Thanks, guys. Lost about .75" in sleeve length and overall length, and about .5" everywhere else. I see that Chewie and Summ3rhays got additional shrinkage after a second soak… I like where this is at and don't want it to shrink anymore... I only plan on hand washing it in cold water when I do wash it, so I should be ok in terms of not expecting anymore shrinkage, right?
