Post soak. 20 mins warm-hot water with a touch of Dr Bonners to loosen it up. Not 100% dry but I couldn't resist trying it on.

No theorocks, it's an old Nudie sweat. My jacket wasn't 100% dry and I didn't want one of my favorite FH shirts turning blue.

Soaked mine again last night. Pretty dry now. Looks like it shrank a bit more. i'm just having a hard time buttoning it up so i can measure it again, Lol

But anyways here are measurements from first soak

Finally got them all buttoned up, wohoo! Was stiff as heck.

Second soak and I think the fit is as good as it gets.  The buttons still own me.  Fingers are sore and look like I've been squashing smurfs for fun.
