iirc i wore it like 4 times due to the long sleeves.. I like mine to look like your so maybe an inch would be ok.. have been thinking of selling it until i came across your post mentioning they can. I asked AERO and was told if its a button cuff than its an easy job but if its not it may be a difficult job than one may think.

that's a great jacket an absolute worth considering.
perhaps, for my build, it has to be a  a bit longer and a tiny bit less V- shape like.
