I have a medium and it's a trim fit. I wash it and I have to sell. I wear large in iron heart usually. Sometimes medium. My large SG tee is as tight as I'll take in a tee and I had to go XL in their flannel. They are generally TINY.

      Think it, be it.

I would get a large if I were you 4c. If you want a true vintage and short fit (which looks best) just get it slim and stretch it back.

IH is a whole other ball game in terms of fit and shrinkage. I have a 40 IH that's plenty roomy. I don't wear 40 in anything but my deck jacket. I have a 38 IH that is a trim fit. It is the only 38 I have.

These are so good….I'm not sure if they changed the way they're made or not. I asked Casey straight up and he said definitely not....well see after a few months!

Do you guys wash and dry these sweats in the washer and dryer?

I've just washed mine in hot in the washer, haven't decided if I want to dry it in the dryer. I probably won't as it's plenty short as it is…

Cool, if mines big at all then I’ll just wash/dry it to shrunken perfection. This is going to be my first STF sweat, can’t wait! 😉

                          yours Looks pretty good BTW

Thanks man! The strange thing is while every aspect shrinks a little, it seems like the length shrinks significantly more. No clue why.

Raged of late in the 3105s to the extent that a premature second wash (after an initial soak) was needed. I think it actually helped. The worn areas are so soft too. Love this denim, and can't wait for the heavier UHR 634S in my future.

Nice one Mclain.  A pair of SG denim is on my (long) list.

What do you guys think of these 1109s? I'm a bit on the fence because the waist feels a bit loose (these pics are post soak). I knew going in that these tend to have room in the top block if you go tts. I got a 32 (waist measured 33 pre-soak). I just couldn't imagine sizing down.

Anyways, the denim is amazing. Hopefully once the top block settled in with some creases I'll be more satisfied. Should I have sized down one?

I like them, but if you were going to size down you might look at the 05 cut, since the 09 is already so tiny with the taper. 05 is basically the same cut sans the taper towards the cuff

I was going for taper, pretty much looking for a tight fit. I think they actually look pretty awesome. I'm pretty sure sizing down would have made the rise unbearable.

looks like an excellent fit! try hot soaking only the top block again, worked wonders on my current pair (not sg though).
