                You use it to get WET.  Therefore it'll always be considered a WET SUIT by always correct USA

                  No.  A dry suit keeps you dry.  A wet suit is useless for commercial work in our climate.

                    there is definitely a distinct difference between a wet suit and a dry suit.

                        A wet suit keep you dry as well.  Maybe not for G's climate but it does the same thing.

                          Not sure why, but I could listen to chicks talking about how much they hate Rush for hours. It cracks me up for some reason. Has anyone ever met a girl who didn't hate, or perhaps who even liked, Rush? These chicks at this bar are going nuts (one of their tunes is playing).

                            Nope.  A wet suit keeps you wet and heats up the trapped layer of water (or pee if you need a rapid warm up), a dry suit keeps you dry….

                                    I just put on a jacket, maybe jog in place… Stand next to a radiator, go inside... But to each his own. Pretty sure pissing yourself is a great way to create a layer of stinky ice round these here parts.

                                          G is right.  Dry suit is completely dry.  Need it to dive in cold/icy water (if ice diving is your thing).
                                          It's cold in Toronto today.  -21 C and wind chill -32 C!
