Snowy, we are just getting started.  It usually gets to double digit negative temperatures for at least several days in winter.  There was a -40 wind chill once.  I deliberately put no units on that because -40 is where the Celsius and Fahrenheit scales cross.

Can't stop looking at the Shearling…very nice.

Will have to stop by Will's new place after Xmas this year when I'm up there again.

Would be most appropriate for the local climate here in Moscow - last December it got as low as -25C (actual temperature, not wind chill) while sitting between -10C to -20C for long parts of December to March...

I love 'QI' type stats so I had to look this up.

Lowest temperature on record was at Vostok Station, Antarctica at -128.6F/-89.2C/184K

In Canada, -84.1/-63.0C in Snag, Yukon territory.
In the USA, -80F/-62C in Prospect Creek, Alaska.
In the UK, -15F/-26.1C in Newport, Shropshire, West Midlands, UK.

Shearling or no shearling, that is some serious cold. Forget Antarctica!!!

I ran in -16C (with wind chill) last weekend. Wasn't THAT cold.

are those sice adjusters supposed to point to the front of the jacket??? That's a total turn off for me. I suppose they will change that if asked….
