The draft sours, Petrus and Duchesse de Bourgogne, are both good examples of the style.  If you're not familiar with sours, start with the Duchesse.

Orval Trappist tonight…
I think this beer needs a lot of time and patience.
It reminds me a little of a Geuze.

Also has one of the best heads, in terms of retention, i have ever seen.

Weirdly, the only Belgian brew I have strongly disliked so far is the Duchesse, tasted like dirty dish water to me just plain bad.

I'm having a blue Chimay… It's creamy and I love the head on Chimays... Yeah: I think this one has me convinced... 

Need some older Reserve bottles stat!..
